1718 Houston Avenue

Houston, TX 77008

8pm start for tonight!

Free food, free wine!

Well tonight is the night we celebrate Sue Ralph and John Gurney and their beautiful Dharma Cafe and a well deserved retirement and a changing of the guard as Katherine Duwez takes over and reinvents 1718 Houston Ave as the new Café Brussels. A link to the culturemap.com article telling the whole story is at the beginning of the post along with a nice short interview with Susan Ralph the owner of Dharma Cafe.

The good news for jazz jammers is the jam will continue @
Café Brussels...same great venue, same great players, same night....just a new Belgian flavor and ownership.

Please join us tonight as we celebrate and love on Sue and John for their wonderful contributions to the jazz community and keep an eye here as we commit to support Ms. Duwez and her commitment to continue that contribution and support for live jazz in Houston!
