Sambuca is a replica of the famed Dallas restaurant/bar and features mainly rock, pop & high energy dance bands on the weekend and the occasional jazz representative with regulars Tianna Hall, Yvonne Washington, Chris Cortez, Watercolours, Jawad & many others.
