    I have a very small condo for rent near RICE UNIVERSITY ...for a year lease...that has A GRAND PIANO INCLUDED.

    The renter MUST BE SERIOUSLY RESPONSIBLE.

    Rent is $750 a month..never late.

    You can play the piano..but NO SESSIONS EVER.

    There are NO BILLS. swimming pool...next to elevator..beautiful patio...available in April

    The place is 600 square feet...very small.

    O.K. for one person...not so cool for 2.
