I am coordinating a benefit concert in New Orleans this Saturday night called "Jazz for the Gulf." It will showcase locals Ellis Marsalis, Charmaine Neville, Leah Chase, Brian Seeger, James Westfall, me, and many others.

Also on the billing is jazz vocalist and three-time Grammy nominee Karrin Allyson, who has been a staple on Concord Records for years and has released twelve CDs on the label.
