Arranger/Engraver
I have studied classical and contemporary music for 17 years. I
studied classical music theory, composition and piano performance at the
University of Houston (TX) and was a scholarship recipient (jazz piano
performance) at Berklee College of Music in Boston. At Berklee I
completed 3 years of college credit in only 2 semesters, which enabled
me to complete Berklee's legendary harmony curriculum. I studied piano
privately with John Arcaro and Afro-Caribbean percussion with Eguie
Castrillo. I also had the great honor of studying with Leo Blanco,
Dennis Montgomery III, Ron Mahdi, Steve Rochinski, and Tony Lada.
I primarily serve as
a worship keyboardist and session musician. Churches and artists I've
worked with include: Cindy Cruse Ratcliff (Lakewood Church), Second Baptist
Church, St. Luke's UMC, and Ben Vereen.
