Background

Andy Beaudoin's versatile style of drumming can be attributed to his multifaceted background. He has a Masters Degree in Jazz Studies from the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, MA. He also has a BM from the University of Texas at Austin where he studied classical percussion. He has studied and performed with musicians including A.D. Mannion, Bob Moses, Steve Lacy, Jerry Bergonzi, and Kenny Wheeler. He is currently performing in various musical situations and teaching music and percussion/drum-set at Cy-Fair College.
