My performing mantra is: "Jazz fusion even Mozart would love". I guess that's because I got my musical roots at a young age by studying Bach, Vivaldi, Palestrina, and of course, Amadeus! While all this was going on, my parents were playing everything at home from Glenn Miller, Buddy Rich, Herb Alpert, Rod Stewart, early Beatles, and Gene Krupa. I liked it all, and decided that I would have fun singing and recording a fusion of styles that wouldn't kill my pipes and that would sound pretty cool.
So, here I am like many other Indies working a real job and hoping to have my music take hold. And I've been blessed - repeat performances at Disney World, an appearance on US national television (Speed and ABC Sports) for a NASCAR event, other appearances on Lifetime and Oh! networks, and various festivals, clubs and coffee houses along the East Coast. I'm also very pleased at having been selected for an Editor's Pick for my Love Singles album on CDbaby.com That was a gas! Now that I'm settled in Houston, I hope to add a different sound to the musical landscape here - one that will make you say, "where's he been?"
