Background

I am new to Houston and have enjoyed working in theater and singing for most of my life (in community theater). I have done all of this as my hobby, although I have enjoyed doing some dinner theater and singing with a group in benefits for community groups back in Pennsylvania. My career has always been in schools as a teacher and an administrator. There I also composed music and wrote musicals for children. I would love to sing with a group. I am looking for a group with which I can work. Previously, in PA, I worked in a group that was a Dixie Land band, but really wanted to do more Jazz/Blues/Standards. I can do Broadway tunes, standards, jazz, blues, etc.
