I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were clean, tidy, and pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location in the Galleria area was very convenient for my trip. The hotel was in a good central area, close to the Galleria center and the Water Wall attraction. I also liked that it had parking available for guests. The biggest highlight for me was the comfortable and spacious bed, which made me feel like I was at home. Additionally, the huge shower was a nice touch, providing a luxurious experience.

The hotel also provided free parking in a secure lot, which was very convenient. The breakfast was impressive, with a variety of options including delicious Texas-shaped waffles and a tasty Uptown Omelet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated receiving a text to ensure our satisfaction.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable with a large walk-in shower, and the bed was cozy. The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was right next to the Galleria. I loved being so close to the mall and all the shopping opportunities it offered. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the breakfast was awesome! My daughter especially enjoyed the Texas shaped waffle, and I thought the Uptown Omelet was delicious. It was also a nice touch to receive a text from the hotel just to make sure we were pleased.

The location of this hotel is incredible, as it is in a central area within walking distance of the Galleria mall and Nordstrom. The convenience of being able to walk to various restaurants scattered around the mall was a major plus. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
